HOW TO OVERCOME INFERIORITY COMPLEX?
Inferiority complexes have been a major issue for a lot of people. Comparing yourself to others, having self-doubt or uncertainty, feeling nervous and frustrated, attempting to be a perfectionist, being sensitive to criticism, seeking attention, being highly competitive, and having difficulty admitting mistakes are all signs of an inferiority complex.
One proven way to get out of this complex is to start loving yourself and to realise that you are good enough. One should be able to turn comparisons into inspiration in order to get rid of negative thoughts. Don't keep seeking validation from others. And stop blaming yourself for every single thing that happens to you. Inferiority complexes are basically due to negative or abusive childhood experiences. So be kind to yourself as much as possible. Focus only on your positive attributes. Realise that no one is better than the other person and that everyone has their own flaws.
You should be ready to eliminate self-criticism and replace it with self-compassion. Start saying 'no' to destructive criticism. And avoid people who make you feel bad about yourself. Somewhere in this world, someone might be yearning for the life you have, so always look on the bright side of life.
