HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING?
Dealing with overthinking might be challenging. And it's not an easy task to stop overthinking all of a sudden. But with practice, we can surely overcome this issue. The first step is to be aware of the situation when you start overthinking. During such times, don't try to resist your thoughts, but instead try to distract them with something positive. You can also try to change the perspective of your thoughts to something productive. For instance, think about something that you are passionate about and think of ways to make it happen. This way, you get to push yourself to do it as quickly as possible. I have always wanted to start a blog but have been overthinking my ability. I didn't believe myself until I finally did it.
